Biden wasn’t all that nice when he debated Paul Ryan when Romney ran for president. Somewhere I heard that he interrupted Ryan about 70 times. It caused Ryan to say:
“Mr. Vice President, I know you’re under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground, but I think everyone will be better served if we don’t keep interrupting each other.”
When it was Ryan’s turn to talk, Biden starts loudly laughing, mouthing words and snickering.
