Icouldn’t believe it when I saw it this morning, but it’s true:
Though some might conclude the lesson here is, “If Uncle Chuckie be for me, who can be against me?”, in fact I think it has a lot to do with the power of Tucker Carlson, who had me on his show last night. I’ve cued the broadcast to the point where my fathead self appears:

Mr. Dreher has a new book out preparing America for the coming soft totalitarianism or what other have called pink totalitarianism. He interviewed former dissidents from behind the Iron Curtain as a warning to us. The book title is based on an essay by Solzhenitsyn.
