I think I’d put that on the “too far” side of the bridge. Along with the pumpkin spice salsa the wife loves. And the beer. Now pumpkin spice jojos those are pretty awesome.

Not in my opinion but YMMV.
I don't even use pumpkin spice in pumpkin pie.
I do like pumpkin (not pumpkin spice!) pasta. Roasted pumpkin, brown butter and sage with a squeeze of lemon.

For those that like mushrooms, mac and cheese with mushrooms and diced stewed tomato mixed in is excellent. Sometimes adding ground beef as well.
