Today we are not talking about Coronavirus. Today we are discussing two other diseases and how these can kill over 1 million Americans. The first is the viral itchytoeitis which causes mild intermittent itchiness of the victim’s big toe. The second is fakediseaseitis which causes no symptoms and is not contagious.
Itchytoeitis is very contagious and it spreads throughout the population rapidly. There is some T-cell immunity but still this killer will infect 20% of the population within 1 year. Because it is so serious with all of these itchy toes, the government has mandated universal testing so that we can rapidly treat its victims. These tests are 100% accurate. With 20% of the 500 million US population getting infected we, therefore, have 100 million victims. 1% of the population dies each year so we therefore have 1 million people who died with itchytoeitis. Therefore, itchytoeitis has killed 1 million Americans.
Similarly deadly, we have fakediseaseitis. The government has also mandated universal testing for this but since it is fake the only way it shows up is with a false positive test. The test is very good and so we only have a 1% false positive rate. That computes to 5 million American victims. 1% of these people will die regardless so we have 50,000 deaths attributable to fakediseaseitis.
In summary, itchytoeitis claimed the lives of 1 million Americans and fakediseaseitis claimed the lives of 50,000 additional Americans. 1.05 million Americans dead at the hands of these two killers. Stop being selfish, wear a mask, lockdown businesses and quarantine yourself - we have the lives of over 1 million Americans to think of.

There’s also a lot of I’minpainbutwon’tseeadoctoritis going around. It especially afflicts those with Coronavirus comorbidities and general anxiety disorders. Sometimes it is fatal, but sometimes it can be treated easily. The thing is...if you are afflicted with this disease, your chances of it becoming fatal increase if you don’t go to see a doctor.
I have a great deal of respect for people who don’t go see the doctor for every little thing.

Meaning that not covering one's mouth and nose and maintaining social distancing or staying quarantined are to be blamed for Covid cases and deaths, but not a habitual failure to close one's mouth to fatty food and no exercising, which lack the shutdown fosters.

I’m talking about people like my sister who is afraid of getting CoVid so won’t go see a doctor. She has been having chest pains, which could be anything, including a heart attack, or just plain angina, or any number of things. She is 68 and overweight, doesn’t eat right, and doesn’t exercise. It could be probably 10 different things, and 9 aren’t serious, but treatable.
Do you think she should continue to stay home, do nothing, and take her chances? Or should she start the process by getting a video phone appointment with her family doctor?
It may be nothing, but heart disease runs in our family on both sides. I’m not a hypochondriac. This isn’t a I have a splinter, I’m in pain situation.
Thanks to all the fear, she is too afraid to even make a telemed appointment. She barely leaves her house for a walk in the yard or down the street.

“Underlying/pre existing conditions” and “comorbidities” are 2 different things...nobody dies from having the COVID-19 virus in their body, they die from the effects (aka “comorbidities”) of having the COVOD virus...things like viral (COVID) pneumonia, ARDS, low blood oxygen levels due to blood clots in the lungs leading to organ/heart damage, blood clots elsewhere, brain damage, cardiac arrest, etc, etc...apparently about 6% of doctors/coroners just put “COVID-19” on the death certificate (just to be brief/obvious I guess). Should be 0%. Similar to cancer when most of the death certificates list comorbidities of cancer like respiratory failure, bone marrow issues, loss of brain function, infections, malnourishment or dehydration, etc., as the COD. For example comedian Andy Kaufman (1980’s) had stage 4 cancer and his death certificate lists “renal failure” as the primary COD, with carcinoma as an additional cormorbidity. Applying the “96/4%” logic to cancer would mean that almost nobody dies from cancer...obviously not the case.

What's the surivival rate of 80+ who will never get WuFlu? Heck, what's the surivival rate of octegenarians period? At 80 you're lucky just to wake up in the morning.
Old people die - of everything and anything and of nothing at all.
True, older people are more vulnerable to many things. However, they’re dying at a much higher rate this year. That does matter. Particularly when it’s entirely preventable like when Governor Cuomo forced nursing homes to accept infected patients. Policies like that caused the deaths of thousands and those governors responsible should be up on charges right now for manslaughter. The elderly still have a right to life, even if their hold on life is tenuous.
