An earth day is a completely arbitrary unit of time outside of earth and our solar system. There is no cosmic significance to Pi as a temporal interval of some other random planet’s orbital period.
Life can only exist on a planet like ours and the other factors that surround our planetary system. End of story. Period.
Or.... The exoplanet orbits its star in one day...its own day.

That’s some circular logic.
Likely tidally locked and subject tlo massive and frequent soar flares - a high radiation environment were life as we know it would fry like bacon.
Obviously- If one could speed up or slow down the length of time for this planets day then the value of PIE would change across the entire universe.
