Joe Biden today is a puppet of the Democrat Leftist Alinsky radical socialist wing. AOC and Biden have appeared together advocating the radicalization of our citizenry over political issues such as filling RBG's vacant SCOTUS seat.
When we look back, we see a very different Joe Biden, and so, when we view that video, we can see just how radical Joe now has become, how Joe toees himself as a sail to whatever ideological ride to power happens to come along.
