Kamala Harris as a Jamaican Citizen at birth owes homage and allegiance to the Queen of Jamaica, the Queen of England. Any claim to U.S. citizenship by her birth in California in 1964 to two non-U.S. Citizen (foreign national) parents in the USA on temporary VISA’s does not dissolve or abrogate or remove her required allegiance and homage owed at birth to Jamaica and the Queen of Jamaica, the Queen of England. She was born a dual-Citizen with divided allegiance and foreign influence on her at birth. She is not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States and thus constitutionally not eligible to serve as President and Commander in Chief, or to serve as the VP per the 12th Amendment (last line).

But it worked so well the last time we had a non-natural born citizen as president. I am sure an anchor baby President will be every bit as good as the Kenyan.

I agree. I wish it mattered. The people who should be objecting seem to have sublime indifference to the Constitution and the risks to America of foreign allegiances related to dual citizenship of our POTUS or VP.

Both parents must be citizens at the time of birth.

She does not qualify.

Whatever the legal arguments, they are irrelevant. This self serving whore will never feel allegiance to anything but herself.

"A “natural born Citizen” of the United States is a person born with sole allegiance at birth to the USA and only the USA"

This is really dumb. This "allegiance" isn't about a state of mind. No law can control that. And there is no "sole" in "natural born citizen".

Correct that she is ineligible. Patently so. I think maybe Biden chose her to help assure he loses. He’s not wanted the job but his wife has been pushing him to run. This way he runs and hopefully Quiets then wife down ——-and doesn’t have to become president after all.

Good luck, I fought the good fight back in 15 and 16 but the Cruzers just would not buy the correct definition of NBC. You nailed it of course but it is a hard sell since it knocks out Ted Cruz too.

Notice how there was NOT ONE WORD about her eligibility? None. But the second Ted Cruz was in the running, it was all about his eligibility. Then the millisecond when he was no longer running, not one more word about it.

Jezebel is not eligible.

You have fun with that. I am sure there are some dead-Enders that will follow you into battle on this.

Have fun storming the castle.

OMG!

You people just don’t get it!

No matter how many times it has been explained to you, you still get it RIGHT for the WRONG reasons.

“Dual Citizenship” is NOT the issue. Usually the “reason” you have dual citizenship is the issue that makes you ineligible to the office of president and vice president, but not always.

In my case I was born with dual citizenship. My father was American my mother was French. France (NOT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) granted me FULL French citizenship until the age of maturity (I think it was 18) when I had to chose to become a French citizen, renouncing my U.S. citizenship. Otherwise my French birthright citizenship expired.

I can not be eligible for presidential office NOT because I was born a “dual citizen”, but because my mother was NOT a U.S. citizen when I was born. THAT is why! Dual citizenship has nothing to do with it. IF my mother had become a naturalized U.S. citizen (which she eventually did) BEFORE I was born, I would have been a “natural born citizen”, eligible to be president even though I was born a dual citizen.

U.S citizenship is determined by THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Sounds simple to understand, yet all you “dual citizenship” people somehow forget that and think that the United States would let some/any foreign country determine your U.S. citizenship status! THEY CAN’T. THEY DON’T.

ONLY YOU and the United States can determine that.

It is VERY difficult to renounce your U.S. citizenship. The government will only “take it away” for a few serious reasons like joining a foreign army fighting against the U.S.

Some countries grant birthright citizenship in some form to ALL the offspring/relatives of their citizens. Great Britain and Israel come to mind.

The U.S. can not PREVENT this. The U.S. can’t stop foreign countries from making you a “dual citizen”.

That’s why THEY DON’T CARE. That’s why “dual citizenship” is NOT the determining factor in eligibility for president.

It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO simple.

Born ON U.S, SOIL to TWO citizen parentS.

That is what Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the constitution means by “natural born citizen”.

All the founders knew that is what “natural born citizen” meant.

Because they were aware of and referred to The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law (1758). Emmerich de Vattel.

Book 1, chapter 19, page 212.

Comma’la, is not eligible because BOTH her parents weren’t U.S. citizens when she was born. PERIOD! END OF STORY.

Will it matter? Of course not.

This nation is a blood country, not a land country. It was done that way on purpose to brake with Europe and the concept of subjects. 1790 provided what they meant by natural born. It means that your blood parents (both) confer citizenship on you no matter where you are born. Since that has nothing to do with naturalization, that was pulled out later. But the definition of what they meant by natural born stands.

If two Chinese come over on a birth tourism visit, have their child and go back to China; do you want that person to be eligible to be President? Or a child born to illegals?
