Television ratings for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals continued a trend downward for the NBA this season, with the Miami Heat's win over the Boston Celtics averaging just 3.48 million viewers.
As noted by Jon Lewis of Sports Media Watch, that was a 21 percent drop from last season's East finals Game 2 between the Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks -- and the least-watched East finals Game 2 since 2003.

"This continues a troubling trend for NBA playoff viewership, and the sports-starved audience that the league believed would be there when they returned from the pandemic has not materialized," Glasspiegel opined.

The sport that really matters is the NFL. The king of US sports viewership. If there is a sustained downward trend with the NFL only then will the anti-American suits in the front offices begin to pay attention to their BLM/Antifa pandering.
The biggest surprise in this unAmerican sports PanderFest is the participation of the NHL in this BS. No one saw that coming.

I’ve given up all pro sports.
Limiting my college sports as well.
Gave up Gillette razors last year or so when they had the ads.
I vote with my dollars and what I watch. Only way we get them to listen is to starve them of money and get the morons fired or put into bankruptcy.
