There is public video of Joe Biden grasping and massaging a young girls right breast. She moved away. Biden is senile. Biden is just doing what he has always done before he was senile. He did not even know what he was doing was wrong.

Before senility he knew it was wrong but with his few brain cells functioning knew molestation should be confined to adults that were your employees.
