Trump can instantly nominate an RBG replacement since he is not a lame duck President like Obama in 2016. And because the McConnell Rule ONLY applies if CONTROL of the Senate was in the opposing party’s control like 2016.

I hope the Dems “resist” the RBG replacement hearings so much that it allows Trump to ADJOURN Congress.
Remember if the Senate & House get in a fight & can’t agree on schedules for 3 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS, then Trump can adjourn Congress & instantly replace RBG & all open Judges.
