Ratings don’t matter to liberals. There’s a death grip now on sports by the far left and they won’t let go.
Until voters stop voting for these tax-dollar-funded stadiums and arenas and these corporate welfare hustlers sports teams lose the big handouts nothing will change.
Put in (or someone should sue to enforce) that NO POLITICAL ACTIONS will take place during any event funded by taxpayers.
Once people tune out and the tax money stops, these millionaire oppressed athletes will have to go do jobs more suited for their skills and education: packing groceries up at Walmart.

Watching the US Open thinking they were BLM free but no. A huge banner that they just had to give some camera time to. Nothing left for me now but golf and bowling.
I was thinking a 50% plus drop in viewers, but I guess a lot of viewers like being lectured by millionaires on how to be woke.

Fox pressed the issue very hard to generate viewers. Fox and Friends was a Kansas city rooting section. Brian Kilmeade the old time sports guy had a few words but was up staged by a real coach. They drug out a coach to be worshipped and followed into the NFL sanctuary for the worship service later in the evening.

A drop of nearly 4 million, possibly because the game was a KC blow-out by then, or the curiosity for the opening ceremonies was satisfied.
