I think it’s Baltimore. One guy had TERPS on his jacket, the name of the local college football collective. Baltimore cops wear black uniforms and the police car had a white front license plate. Maryland has front plates, white.
Notice the cowards broke ranks and fled..............

I don’t even think it was personal. Most just saw an opportunity to beat on a guy who couldn’t fight back.
But it’s still a positive in the end. A suspect who was under arrest got arrested (and a slew of other felony charges for assaulting the officer). And the big guy in the white t-shirt I DO think was trying to help the police. He restrained the suspect without beating on him, protected him from opportunists looking to get a free beat-down on the guy, and assisted in getting the suspect handcuffed.
And when that other officer showed up and was about to go after the guy in the white t-shirt, he backed off, hands up, didn’t fight, resist, or run. Just disengaged.
“Funny, the big guy had his knee on the perp’s neck towards the end.”

Folks need to understand that blacks also are growing weary of the lawlessness, probably more so than other groups.

What assault? I didn’t see any assault. I saw a suspect escape custody, and upstanding citizens detaining the suspect mostly peacefully. You must have been watching some other video.
Just desserts. The beauty of it is nobody can complain about the police having done it.

Who knows why the other Hoods wanted this one to stop fighting? Maybe a few have begun to figure it out; if you resist arrest, there is gonna be trouble.

That was unexpected. What they did was wrong to pound the perp, but very surprising none the less that it was the brothers that intervened. That was good to see, as far as them assisting the officer goes. Either he is a really popular cop or everybody just hates that perp.
Someone posts a years old video on twitter and it becomes “breaking News”?

Yeah, what I saw in this video was a stereotypical black beat down. There was one guy who may have been actually helping, the rest just looked like they were taking advantage to beat the crap out of a defenseless person, like the usually do.
