President Trump has offered to send help to NYC, which has always been turned down... What little help has been allowed has first been completely misused (the NAVY hospital ship and the federal funding of the medical center set up at the Javits center,) or after the fact, the groups who DID help, not only haven’t been thanked, but have been charged taxes AND demonized (Samaritan’s Purse, as a “hate group.”)
