A fuming Gov. Andrew Cuomo blasted President Donald Trump on Tuesday for “actively trying to kill New York City” while airing a long list of other grievances about how the Empire State has been treated by the federal government.
Cuomo criticized the president for refusing to approve or fund projects that the governor has championed, such as a proposed AirTrain to LaGuardia Airport, the Second Avenue subway line and failing to provide more federal coronavirus aid for the state and city.

If ANYTHING can be shown as “trying to kill NY or NYC, it’s the policies put into place by Deblasio and Cuomo.
President Trump has offered to send help to NYC, which has always been turned down... What little help has been allowed has first been completely misused (the NAVY hospital ship and the federal funding of the medical center set up at the Javits center,) or after the fact, the groups who DID help, not only haven’t been thanked, but have been charged taxes AND demonized (Samaritan’s Purse, as a “hate group.”)
Those people really are nothing more than pieces of filth.

Makes no sense at all. Why should Trump try to kill NYC when he can easily sit back and watch while DeBlasio and Cuomo do a good job of it all by themselves.
