My wife and I took this for some months without issue. I found that ergotheinine, found in certain mushrooms, does about the same thing, but the mitochondria has a way to regenerate that antioxidant molecule for up to a month, while this only lasts a day or two before it needs to be replaced in the mitochondria. Still, it appears to work.

You can order MitoQ from various stores.

This stuff is available on Amazon at $73.00 a bottle for a one month supply. It’s proprietary to a company in New Zealand.

Heart attacks used to be the #1 cause of death. Now, with all the wonderful supplements, we can live long enough to get Alzheimers.

But then there is this: "The targeted anti‐oxidant MitoQ causes mitochondrial swelling and depolarization in kidney tissue" suggesting it may interfere in the body's primary function of cleansing the blood https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5880956/

this “article” was basically taken for an advertisement for this product ...

btw, here’s published scientific study that says MitoQ actually damages the kidneys:

This paragraph is not quiet clear to me. Is this the proper interpretation of that paragarph:

I found that ergotheinine, found in certain mushrooms, does about the same thing, but the mitochondria has a way to regenerate the ergotheinine molecule for up to a month, while MitoQ only lasts a day or two before it needs to be replaced in the mitochondria. Still, it appears to work.

You can buy ergotheinine at swanson’s. why not just do that—rather than buy mushrooms? seems cheaper.

Btw did you find any positive results?
