Interesting. It seems that all of this was apparent forever, but someone actually did a study on it.

I’d like to see adding data to this study to see a breakdown of the FReepers by geography when it comes pandemic/mask (weenies) vs. hoax/no mask (independent, strength). I think the results would follow similar lines as those in the study.

Can’t help but think of a song:

I might be movin’ to Montana soon
Just to raise me up a crop of Dental Floss Raisin’ it up
Waxen it down
In a little white box
I can sell uptown
By myself I wouldn’t
Have no boss...

when you get up into the mountain wilderness you either pick up those personality traits or you die.

No wonder Øbowel and now Biteme want to eliminate suburbia and rural living for inner city life.

Leaving us with arming ourselves in place.

Yep. The Appalachians are in my blood, going back 400 years. We will always be free, because they can’t starve us out and they can’t control us.

“that harsh frontiers attracted certain personalities”

more likely, the poorest and most desperate have been forced to seek the poorest arable lands, because the rich folks already owned the good land ...

I live in a small Christian, pro-2nd amendment community. Any Nazi who tries subjugation will be leaving in a bodybag.

Have a nice day.

“When we look at personality across the whole United States, we find that mountainous residents are more likely to have psychological characteristics indicative of this frontier mentality.”

Genesis 25:21-27

21 Isaac prayed to the Lord for his wife, because she was barren; and the Lord granted his prayer, and his wife Rebekah conceived.
22 The children struggled together within her; and she said, “If it is to be this way, why do I live?”
So she went to inquire of the Lord. 23 And the Lord said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples born of you shall be divided; the one shall be stronger than the other, the elder shall serve the younger.”

24 When her time to give birth was at hand, there were twins in her womb.
25 The first came out red, all his body like a hairy mantle; so they named him Esau. Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them.

27 When the boys grew up, Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field, while Jacob was a quiet man, living in tents.

28 Isaac loved Esau, because he was fond of game; but Rebekah loved Jacob.
