The bereaved sister said she was worried her brother would become a martyr and an excuse for more violence
April said the situation left her feeling hopeless for the country, and worried for her brother's two children, an 18-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter
Reinoehl came close to admitting the killing in an interview with Vice News which was broadcast around the same time federal agents closed in on him
The 48-year-old claimed he acted in self defense, believing he and a friend were about to be stabbed

My brother is a convicted felon who has skated through his entire life committing petty crimes and getting bailed out by my mom who has a bigger heart than brain. It came to a head when he and his wife embezzled over $100,000 from a church.
Since he’s a fat pasty middle aged white guy the State paroled him after six months. Since then he’s been mooching off his own kids due to some BS “disability”.
It won’t be long until he does something else really stupid and finds himself back in the slam moaning about how nothing is his fault, he was set up, no one will help him...
He’s pretty much dead to me now. Truth be told the day they shut the cell door on him I’ll feel nothing but relief.

Sorry, but she probably thought he had already disgraced the family enough by killing an innocent man and unless stopped cold, he would do it again. Probably a relief.

Please don’t. He brought this all on himself and I have cut him out of my life completely. At least until he seriously and truly repents of his actions and does something to make amends to all the people he’s hurt.

I always wished I had been an only child. Have a lifelong Dem sister who cried for two days , she told me by letter, "now that Hillary lost to Trump that means I won't live to see a woman president".
