I know people in their 90s who resent being perpetually locked down and kept from engaging the world and people near the end of their lives.
Not only that but most people at the facility have nobody to help them out. So they are stuck in their cells, sorry, rooms, all day. It only recently started changing after six months, far too long.
I know someone who would perform in hospital lobbies, restaurants at happy hour, and bars at other hours. Day and night he’d keep busy.
Now he just sits on his hands and watches his final years pass by.
I’ve never been a fan of the ‘Q’ stuff. I’ve never understood what they’re doing, and even if they intend it to be positive, I haven’t felt that they’re going about it in the right way, or should be doing it here.
But my Smarter Half and I watched this whole thing (I learned a lot of new words, watching it with him!). And it seems to us that, like everything that the DNC and Biden have said for months, the entire thing only contained complaint, ad hominems, and absolutely no viable STRATEGIES for solving all the things that they complain about.
What are the Democrats actually going to DO, if they are elected?
They are not telling us; and I would suggest that everyone be Afraid, Very Afraid.
If Biden is elected, before his first term is done - if he even lasts through it - you will not recognize the Nation in which you grew up.

Our side has nothing comparable to those troops. Our side (e.g. Rand Paul) proposed the same reforms that their fake moderates say they want. Our side wants America with real reforms like Trump's criminal jjustice reform. We want people unjustly imprisoned with Biden's laws to be given some liniency. This is done properly case by case looking at whether they are rehabilitated or not.
The other side wants to empty the prisons. They don't want individuals judged as individuals on their own merits. It's all part of their collectivism, dehumanization, plunder and eventually mass killing.
Biden is completely expendible. Maybe if things go badly enough in the first two debates they will wire him up for the third one.
It was a strange choice.... unless they were looking for someone who would die soon - or could be forced to step down... “Comma La” IS to the left of Bernie after all...
I don’t think that Biden retains the mental wherewithal to pretend or to be anything, or even to be invested in any deep ideological conviction - in fact, I don’t think he has EVER been so invested. He’s always been a political ‘hack’.
He’s a paper cutout, and is being propped up there because he has name recognition, ostensible Democrat cred, and has spent his entire life as a pol (I still haven’t figured out what he’s ever actually done that was positive for the Nation.)
The party is just using Biden. They’ll throw his geriatric a$$ under the bus as soon as they feel he has served their purpose - or is failing to do so.
