My mom and I visited puzzle MENSA group early on. She didn’t like for some odd reason. Looking back I can see why. Lot’s of kids burned out by HS being pushed too hard.
I’m thankful my mother had the common sense to keep me away. Always considered IQ verbals like a dick measuring contest.
16. Donald J. Trump
I have a grown son that qualified for the MENSA group...as ‘an adult’ he was asked to Join MENSA and declined. Preferred being known as the individual he is without an IQ label preceeding him.
How many of them are intelligent enough to reject leftism?
Natalie Portman is as smart as rubber doorstop.
Fun fact.
How many other scripts has Matt Damon written?
People still suspect Jack Nicholson wrote it. He was a screenwriter as well as an actor and may still be.
IQ is a nice number.
But high IQ folks get frustrated with school and often times just end up doing their own thing.
Academic success is hardly guaranteed with a high IQ. Common sense is not a given either.
And what about Lisa Simpson. Her IQ is 159 and she is a member of MENSA
RE: This article was written by a pumpkin. Mr. Bean has an IQ 18 points higher than Einstein
IQ experts estimate Einstein’s IQ ranges between 160 IQ and 190 IQ. This article puts it at the lower estimated range. See here:

OK, let’s not get too carried away by citing a cartoon character. Pretty soon you’ll be including Tony Starks in the mix...
Brains...Brains...Brains...
Gotta luv'em...
He gets a gold medal in life! Wise decision unless there’s a real goal in mind.
I hired a local craftsman who had worked for a couple different GCs we had used before. He couldn’t hold a job w/ anyone, but I knew he was competent.
Dude drove me nuts as he obsessed over every element. But spending time at Home Depot and watching him work I realized that he was processing things at an amazing level. I asked him about his educational experience, turns out he quit high school bc it was too dumb, then after a joy ride for a few years spent 15 in prison for cocaine trafficking.
It was the only thing that inspired him at the time. Now, he just makes sure — obsessively — that the job is done right. One of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met. He’s happy now with his tools and an occasional job. God bless him.
Yep. I’m proud of it, but having a high IQ gets you nothing without hard work.
Knew a guy a lot like that. Really smart, but very asocial. Lived with his grandmother and did some house painting. He was a very good painter, just didn’t have much ambition. Don’t know his IQ, but I know he was wicked smart, just didn’t fit well in ‘normal’ society.
Yes...a wise decision. Reaching many goals in his life without it. Loving wife, three grown daughters now. Good job he’s appreciated at. Life is good and he’s enjoying it all.
