Brandon Herrera, YouTube's "AK Guy", is fond of "Big Iron" parodies that fit modern events. He also does regular "gun meme reviews" and has been having a field day with this Kenosha stuff.
Personally, I think a few versions of "Streets of Laredo" would fit the Kenosha setting pretty well. The important part isn't necessarily the shooter, but the demised or mangled shoot-ee's tale of woe. :-)
