Pittsburgh may be friendly territory for him, but as a resident of SW PA, I can assure you, the rest of the surrounding counties are firmly pro-Trump.

In fact, I wonder if his internal polling data shows him slipping in PA in general. Gov. Wolf and his she-beast have virtually destroyed this state and that’s going to cause a lot of problems for Biden. As for Pittsburgh, Mayor Lunchbox’s popularity is tanking.

Trump will be in Kenosha tomorrow and will murder the democrats over Biden’s lame remarks today. I love this new strategy of trying to put the blame for the violent peaceful protesters on Trump. The democrats, I guess, hope no one remembers their 4 years of violent rhetoric.

Yes Biden signs are all along US 19 in Mt. Lebo.
Lots of academics and government employees live there.
I bet any living on 19 were told to display yard signs
or suffer the consequences at work.

Lots of “shy” Trump voters in that area. During the riots the local cops apparently found a pallet of bricks and incendiary materials that had been staged in a park. Putting a Trump yard sign out could mean getting your house torched.

Can’t wait for the media report on his teleprompter read. Probably will be a heroic, landmark speech of all times. Calling for peace, and unity, and expressing a great ability to understand the feeling of people.

Agreed.

Washington, Butler, Westmoreland counties are filled with people who fled Democrat nonsense in Allegheny and will vote Trump.

Counties beyond (Greene, Somerset, Venango) very redneck and surely Trump territory.

I'll bet the Democrat protesters will be shining Green lasers in his eye.

I disagree. “Unions” in western PA are largely teachers or SEIU types that always fall in line. That said, I know a lot of teachers. At least half of them, registered Democrats, are firmly in Trump’s corner. They aren’t towing the union line.

Democrats’ popularity with labor unions, however, has started to shift to Trump because they see what Obama did to their industries, AND what Trump has done FOR their industries.

PA is far more purple than it has been in decades and totally winnable for Trump again.

Anyone writing off PA as a blue state is being naive. It’s smart for Biden to show up but if he doesn’t put on a good show, he may as well put his capital somewhere else. PA is sick of this shit.

Q. What is the nice part of Hazelwood?
A. The part where you start seeing Cadillacs up on blocks in the front yard.

(joke that was told about the town of Burton when I lived in Michigan)

Don’t forget that people here are really on their last nerve with Tom Wolf, Rachel Levine and the COVID-scam lockdowns.

We’re sick of bars being closed, restaurants being harassed out of business, 24/7 mask propaganda and a tranny murdering our elders in nursing homes.

PA is much more winnable for Trump thanks to that bumbling duo.

I’ve commuted north a few times this summer and basically everywhere from 70/79 in WashPA to Pymatuning and everything in between was a sea of Trump signs. Even seeing more than I typically would in Allegheny County. I have family in Wexford/Cranberry area. Lots of Trump support.

I know Allegheny will never go red, but damn, it’s a site to see.

We'll see just how fed up they are in November.

FWIW, Trump won PA in 2016. Barely, but he won it.

Hillary Rodham 2,926,441 47.46%

President Trump 2,970,733 48.18%

The media will declare Biden's reading of the speech written for him HISTORIC, HEROIC. The will not show him shuffling to the lectern, or the drool on his mouth. And God forbid, the media won't even try to ask a question.
