The murderer was on the phone right before the murder and says something like "there's no money to be made if there's no licks going on".

Also -- the person whose phone took this, right after witnessing and filming a murder, complains about Mace in his eyes rather than expressing fright or sympathy.

Also -- the black car that stopped -- someone got out and immediately goes into the building and up the stairs (maybe to film?)

All totes normal for a random spur of the moment shooting, right?

There's a pic of Kyle about 9 or 10 years hold with a very serious gun. Apparently, the sling helped save his life-if he had lost the gun he'd likely be dead or severely injured.
