I didn’t say people elsewhere were not interested-I pointed out that people out here don’t care-not many were rabid fans to begin with-there are plenty of bars/taverns around here, but no sports bars or any of that-this isnt a burb or a condo complex-it is the middle of nowhere...
No different than when mayors used to stand idle while Democrat Klansmen did their foul deeds in their communities as well.

There’s an opportunity here for a wealthy investor to start a no politics league.
I really don’t know why everyone is excited, as the Portland mayor is very correct, the violence will burn itself out. There are plenty of historical references to prove just that. For example:
The Bolshevik Revolution eventually burned itself out into a mostly peaceful USSR.
Castro’s revolution eventually burned itself out creating a mostly happy Cuban population.
Chairman Mao’s little band of funsters eventually let things burn out to create our current threat, the Peoples Republic.
So yes, let’s just enjoy the Summer of Love and let the little commies keep it up. I mean, let’s face it, it’s Trump’s fault. /s/
