THE second victim in Kyle Rittenhouse's alleged shooting spree during a Kenosha protest has been identified.
Family and friends said Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, passed away from his injuries on Tuesday night after he was gunned down protesting the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Rosenbaum is from Texas and moved to Kenosha within the last year, according to reports on social media.
A friend said he was shot in the head, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is survived by his fiancée and a young daughter, the newspaper stated.
"May you forever be with the angels and rest easy bro. I love you!" his sister wrote on Facebook.
A GoFundMe page was set up by his friend Adriana Garcia to help his fiancée with his funeral and burial costs.

There’s a great picture in that paper of Kyle NOT shooting another BLM protester who was black. That man came up to him right after Kyle had had his head kicked in by one guy, and been hit in the face with a skateboard by the 2nd guy, who he then shot.
It proves that Kyle wasn’t just looking to shoot people.
The left claims the 2nd and 3rd shots were people “trying to stop him from shooting”, but at that point, he had only shot ONE time (4 shots), to stop the man who was lunging at him, after he heard a gunshot and turned around.
He was running away from trouble, which would satisfy “retreat” laws in most states. He did everything he could to get out of an altercation with the 2nd and 3rd people he shot.
THere is no indication he “sprayed bullets”. And he was ready to turn himself in, but when police ignored him, he went home. He turned himself in the next day.

Again, I agree in principal with all you've stated, but like a whole lotta others, I still have waaaay too much to lose.

If I recall correctly, Wisconsin amended their constitution in the late nineties to add a right to keep and bear arms. I also think there were many cases of people openly carrying and being charged with disorderly conduct. I think the Wisconsin courts have ruled that simply openly carrying is NOT disorderly conduct.
Much better situation than what we have in the People's Republik of Kalifornia.
Now, if I were a business owner in that area and protecting my property...yea..all bets are off.

After Kyle shot the guy with the handgun he looks to his right with his rifle at low ready and sees the Antifa guy with his bat in one hand down low just standing there. Then Kyle starts walking away. I would have backed away while watching that guy and head on a swivel, but Kyle did really well for a 17 year old.
He may have had to clear a jam right before the handgun guy tried to attack. Hard to tell.

TRUE, and TRUE! Of course the many subjects that manage to survive the knife attacks that commonly occur in London and other UK cities probably wish our 2nd Amendment rights applied to them as well.
