If I recall correctly, Wisconsin amended their constitution in the late nineties to add a right to keep and bear arms. I also think there were many cases of people openly carrying and being charged with disorderly conduct. I think the Wisconsin courts have ruled that simply openly carrying is NOT disorderly conduct.

Much better situation than what we have in the People's Republik of Kalifornia.

You walk into a hot spot carrying a weapon openly, particularly with all these crazy leftists, you're just inviting a bad bad situation.

Now, if I were a business owner in that area and protecting my property...yea..all bets are off.
