THE second victim in Kyle Rittenhouse's alleged shooting spree during a Kenosha protest has been identified.
Family and friends said Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, passed away from his injuries on Tuesday night after he was gunned down protesting the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Rosenbaum is from Texas and moved to Kenosha within the last year, according to reports on social media.
A friend said he was shot in the head, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is survived by his fiancée and a young daughter, the newspaper stated.
"May you forever be with the angels and rest easy bro. I love you!" his sister wrote on Facebook.
A GoFundMe page was set up by his friend Adriana Garcia to help his fiancée with his funeral and burial costs.
Gunned down as a result of attacking a person who was fleeing from him and other thugs. That's more accurate. All Rosenbaum had to do to stay alive was chose not to attack Kyle Rittenhouse, who was running away from him.
You can see it happen here, the end of the video is pretty gruesome so be warned. Rosenbaum runs in from the left with his red shirt up around his head as a mask, chasing Rittenhouse.
There do appear to be shots fired at times where it would be unlikely that Rittenhouse fired. It is difficult to know what is happening then.

Rosembaum died from a single shot to the head. Whether or not it is from a 5.56 NATO round is hard to tell from the videos I have seen.
Just saying, once you fire that weapon...right or wrong, just need to be prepared for a ride. Thank God I live in Texas. Hate this was WI.

I suspect those last few seconds passed without anything going through his brain other than 55 grains of copper and lead, not much different from the rest of his life except for the loud noise and the metal.
And exactly where were the authorities that were handling the riots? Granted, a 17 y/o should not have been put or allowed himself to be put in that situation but once there he did what he had to do to survive (and I do mean that literally). To charge him with 1st degree murder just shows how corrupt the “authorities” are.

He was not gunned down while protesting; he was shot in self defense while attacking an armed individual.
If he has a half-decent lawyer he will never plead to anything with jail time or permanent loss of rights involved.
All he has to do is demand a jury trial and they will never find 12 citizens who would all vote for conviction. Most of the good citizens are very tired of rioting.
