I think most independent voters are rational thinkers. Therefore, if Joe does not debate they will surmise: He can’t hold it together and we can’t vote for him..

I did sign up with a Biden for president type org...to get planning info and all I got was requests for donations.
I explicitly told Biden don’t even think about debating Trump.
I didn’t even have to unsubscribe...I no longer get anything from them.

Funny you mention bobble heads. Mrs. Afterguard suggested yesterday that a Biden bobble head would just drop its chin on its chest and stay there.
It would be remarkable if President Trump went out of his way to deal cordially, yet firmly, with Biden. Humility is not a liability, provided it is exercised without a utilitarian purpose. I believe President Trump has a gift to exercise both firmness and genuine concern. Biden is a lost soul.
I’m not going to fight Mike Tyson either, because I don’t want to be responsible for hurting another human being!
