Illinois teen Kyle Rittenhouse charged in fatal shooting of two Kenosha protesters
A 17-year-old Illinois man has been charged in the shooting death of two protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, late Tuesday, according to a report.
Kyle Rittenhouse has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Molly Beck posted on Twitter Wednesday.
He was part of the group of armed men at the scene. We have been identifying them as a local militia group. Rittenhouse hails from Antioch, Illinois — about 12 miles away across state lines.

The shootings were self-defense but this kid is a moron. You don’t cross a state line to travel to a riot zone with an AR-15 when you’re 17 years old.

It’s a screwed up case all the way around that could have been avoided if the mayor and governor had maintained civil order appropriately.
From what I heard from one of the protesters who was live streaming last night was that this kid shot the first guy in the head when the guy lunged at him in an attempt to disarm him. That is self defense. Mind you this eye witness account came from a protester.
The video of the second incident is all over the web. The kid was trying to withdraw when he eight fell down or was tripped and put flat on his back. The next two he shot attacked him while he was flat on his back and being attacked by multiple people.
Sorry, this too is very obviously self defense.

The left believes there should be no consequences for their actions.
The truth is if the cops refuse to do their jobs or do not because the democrat politicians will not let them do their jobs, then good upstanding citizens need to be armed and out there protecting their neighborhoods, their families, their businesses, and themselves with what ever force is necessary to get the job done.

I watched the press conference too. Kenosha sheriff talked about how he had knelt down with the protesters in the past. I thought he was horrible. He was proud of his community for moving their cars out of the way of the protesters and for hiding in their houses.
It looks to me that people are starting to get fed up with the protests and Governors and Mayors just sit on the side line not letting the police handle the situation. Sorry to say it was going to come to this.
There is no “law.” Proceed accordingly.
the fella that defended himself at a protest awhiel back, from a dude beatign him with a skateboard, and who apparently also had a knife- I beleive the murder charges were dropped agaisnt him because of overwhelming evidence that his life was in danger-
