Make your own and it’s not expensive. And it tastes so much better...

I tried making my own pizza dough from scratch about a month ago. It was beautiful until I baked it. It was more like a biscuit. Not sure what I did wrong, but I did do something wrong. It was a pretty pizza, but the crust was horrible. Too stiff and crunchy.

Agreed. .. However I still can’t get the crust right. I fried the heating elements in my oven last year trying to get it hot enough. ... Fire extinguishers are your friend. .. Lol

That’s a good idea. I even have a bread maker and it can make pizza dough. Lazy!!!!!!

I occasionally make my own mini pizzas.

Take an english muffin, toast it a bit. Put on some sauce, some mozzarella, plus whatever else, stick it in toaster oven on some aluminum foil until the cheese melts.

Quick and easy.

That’s for sure. And it’s so easy. Mix up a little dough, wait an hour, roll it out, add your favorite sauce, and whatever toppings you like, cover with cheese and bake in the hottest oven your stove will allow. With my old 1950’s Kenmore gas range and a burning hot pizza stone, it cooks in 8 minutes! Deeeelish!
