Gravolet says the comedian was "was just the meanest, nastiest, most horrible person."
He told "Daily Mail TV": "One incident stands out in my mind. I was sitting beside her desk. I was drawing, and she criticized the drawings. She said 'I guess that would look nice if you could draw.' "
Gravolet continued:
"It appears to me that she hoards power over those that are lesser than her. It's almost as if she has to feel controlling. It seems like she has to be superior, be better."
"I would dread going to [my mom's] office to see her after school or on a day if I was sick and Ellen was there," Gravolet said.
Gravolet called her "vile":
"As I watched her meteoric rise to fame, people would say how great she was and all I could think was she must be an incredible actor because she was one of the most vile people I've ever met in my life. Who takes pleasure in giving a child pain?' "(snip)
"She would criticize my weight. I would try to do homework in the office, she'd call me stupid, she'd call me fat. She would criticize my clothes.
I was just a boy and this was a grown woman who took pleasure in seeing me become visibly upset."
"I don't think there's any excuse for it. I was a defenseless kid. What could I have told her back?

It may have has something to do with the inner workings of the cabal she's a member of. And a very powerful member at that. Maybe she was disloyal in some way?

Sellers was a horrible human being off set... and on. Treated his wives and kids like crap. Would get set crew fired. A comedic genius, though. Myers is a monumental jerk that no one wants to work with any more.
well, Ellen is 62, so it seems liek late 1970’s. I’ve read other accounts of Ellen not being so nice as she acts on tv, i think it was from staff. Evidently some othing had Ellen disliking men and boys even back then. spewed her own shame and unhappiness at an innocent kid. Back then you didn’t mouth off at adults so I can see why this kid just sat there and took the verbal assault/abuse.

Sellers is such a favorite of mine but not surprised. He’s British! LOL
I’m kind of sorry I ever read that stuff about Sellers. He’s one of the greatest comedians. Dr Strangelove is the all time greatest black comedy IMHO.
I’m not a fan of Ellen’s but does she really have to be held responsible for something she said in her 20s? Isn’t there a statute of limitations for crap like this?
