I haven’t been following this story, but this sounds like a high-tech version of I girl I knew who was in state custody (foster care - I used to volunteer with teens in care) years ago. She acted out to the point that her dad intentionally put her in state care to get help she needed and then work with the state for her to return home. It was the only time when I worked with foster kids that I felt sorry for the parent and not the child.
I feel sorry for her future husband.

That's exactly how my parents would have handled the situation. And my siblings and I knew better than to pull the kind of nonsense this brat is pulling.
