Unless she’s totally ignorant, THAT’S the functional definition and practical reality of ‘emancipation’.

I came from a family of 8 kids. Believe me Dad and Mom wouldn’t have to throw her out, the older brothers and sisters would straighten her out real quick.
She's too young to qualify for welfare. It will be the foster child program she will be inducted into. Her "emancipation" will be very short lived.
