Most librarians are Democrats. Most farmers are Republicans. As a group, doctors are in the middle, though pediatricians lean left and urologists right.

No teachers, college professors or cops?
As long as that is true, there is hope.
That’s a bit spooky in that I went to the source link, and they knew my profession. It was already expanded for me.
The guy who used to do my colonoscopy is a screaming lefty. Makes sense.
If you scroll down, it looks like most professions are full of Democrats. Are there that many Democrats? They seem to outnumber Republicans completely.
The military is almost 50/50. Frightening.
Chairwoman vs. Chairman. Wow.
Some it reflects two things, one, the idiom - those that can do, and those that can’t teach, and two - that Republicans are more often the doers and Dims more often the teachers/eggheads/explainers/intellectuals/lawyers/writers/media folks.
College professors are under “academia”. 75% of economics professors are liberal, versus 90-99% everywhere else.
They are only breaking down the political bias per surveys. It doesn’t talk about how many are in different job categories.
“Cops” are under law enforcement. Interesting to see 75% of probation officers are liberal, 60% of sheriffs and special officers are conservative.
My urologist is pissed at the left.
Hard to believe that Professional Poker Players are overwhelmingly Democrat.
I think it would be more accurate to say they are mostly Libertarians.
The data on medical doctors is skewed by one important fact - 50% of USA practicing physicians are foreign born and/or women.
The law used to be that most foreign doctors automatically qualified for a Green Card.
That law may have changed.

In many professions, the breakout is very similar to the male and female representation in those professions.For example: Urologists are only 6% female, Pediatricians are majority women. Even women who claim to be conservatives and Republicans often vote for the Democrats, to wit: 2018 and this year.
IOW, in the Zombie Apocalypse, of the upcoming election, Republicans are more likely to survive that democrats because they actually know some survival skills.
