I miss the good old days when the mental health professionals helped these people get their shit together to live a normal life.
He had probably bought a pretty new dress for the car show and just couldn’t let it go to waste.
This was Spring Carlisle, postponed due to COVID and apparently almost stopped mid-show over this.
The biggest of all swap meets and the biggest show in the country are the Fall Carlisle and Fall Hershey, respectively, first and second October weekend, respectively.
Doubt they’ll be having them, regardless of the fall-out from this.
My wife and I were planning on going to Hershey this fall. I have always wanted to go there.
I only went once in ‘87. Wasted too much time in the car corral, some in the swap meet area, and never saw any of the actual show!
But ‘88 and ‘89 I went out to the great Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg show, and that was terrific.

I really love Auburns and Cords. My dad professionally restored high-end cars and specialized in Cords. There was quite a few of them through the shop as I was growing up. He had a 36 810 phaeton when I was a kid.
They should also make them hold their breath while taking orders and tell them they can only nod or grunt when customers make requests.
This must be because Levine heard that there are thousands of trannies at Carlisle.

While at the Carlisle car show, we were discussing this idiot. A couple of my PA friends who I’ve known for years busted out laughing about him, and she told me: “...When the hospital told him they would not do the “change” surgery because he was not mentally sound he went into a bathroom at the ER and did a DIY castration...” Rumor? Truth? Who knows...but he sure looks/acts like the type that would do it in a second.

I just love Duesies. And the way they sounded when I was there for the parades...wow.
Silent when just running, unbelievably deep rolling masculine rumbling when revving it. No engine I’ve ever heard was like that. Nothing. No high-pitched whines, nothing whiny or scratchy at all.

At least they are doing in Classroom Instruction, but it is a Private Christian School.
