I would have said Nov 4th, but I don’t think the election will be settled on that day because of the mail-in ballots. I have a feeling the democrats are going to turn the election into a disaster of epic proportions.
The left also likes misery. They are doing everything they can to ratchet up the misery index and it is part of their “resist Trump” plan.
Who knows. I do not believe masks are very effective in most settings. I suspect that eventually the scientists will reverse themselves again just like they have with most things Chinavirus.
Never. The power mongers don’t want this to end.

The dems intention is to create epic election chaos. They want to make the Bush/Gore election mess look quite tame by comparison. This will end up all the way to the USSC once again.
Masks are neither effective nor safe:
A summary of the science
Colleen Huber, NMD

A review of the peer-reviewed medical literature examines impacts on human health, both immunological, as well as physiological.
The purpose of this paper is to examine data regarding the effectiveness of facemasks, as well as safety data.
The reason that both are examined in one paper is that for the general public as a whole, as well as for every individual, a risk-benefit analysis is necessary to guide decisions on if and when to wear a mask.

The article has links to 42 different studies and sources. Bottom line conclusion:
The foregoing data show that masks serve more as instruments of obstruction of normal breathing, rather than as effective barriers to pathogens.
Therefore, masks should not be used by the general public, either by adults or children, and their limitations as prophylaxis against pathogens should also be considered in medical settings.
I have seen many doctors assert similar findings. FWIW.
