Public beach...private party...I have know idea what an illegal vacation home is...is that like an assault rifle?
Any other time you might be right but if you are an out of towner you need to respect their people and their pandemic rules.
1. short-term vacation rentals aren’t allowed in Hawaii right now. 2. public beach - where wedding permits are not being issued.
And if I was a local, let’s say I am a landlord following the rules or let’s say I am a wedding business following the rules. I am going to be PO’d if others can break them and I can’t.
