Have there been any Republican states who have essentially fully gone through the virus? NY, NJ, Connecticut etc. are all Democrat states and they have had a relatively large death toll early and now there are almost no deaths. But since they are run by Democrats they have just made their lockdown stricter as opposed to relaxing things. Once a Republican state is through this (a few more weeks) they had better not copy what the Democrat states did. My expectation is an end to the lockdown, in stark contrast to what Dem states are doing.

I just can’t comprehend how someone could sit there and hit refresh over and over until the thread pops up. He / she / it is a mental defective. He probably giggles with glee each time he makes his post. “Oh, I really zinged those flubros today.”
My son has similar stories on elevators in Dallas. A nation of sheep.
Someone will actually respond to my “hello” or “how are you doing?” at about 5% of the time as before this nonsense.

I wear my Trump 2020 face diaper when I go to most public places, and while at my age, getting into a fist fight is not in my best interests, I still remember how to slam my steel toed booted heel onto my enemy's tennis shoe covered foot, crushing the arch and eliminating the need for a fist fight.

Very well put “dehumanization is in full swing.” The thing that’s bizarre is that some people seem to think this is desirable.
I saw a young man (mid 20s, perhaps) practically try to crawl up the rack in supermarket aisle to escape two oncoming threats, me and an older gentleman, who were peacefully perusing the spice aisle. The older man was wearing a mask, I wasn’t, but the young man was terrified by both of us. He looked around and literally spread his arms along the rack to give him a bit of launch power and then he shot by me in a giant leap. The other shopper and I were so stunned that we just stared at each other in shock before bursting into laughter.
I have found that a lot of the really weird are young people, particularly males, in their 20s. The Karens, who are are usually middle aged white women, are just doing it for power and control, but these soy boys are really scared.
Congress stepped in between vaccine makers and anti-vaxxers who were suing them out of existence over nonsense claims completely disproved multiple times in multiple court cases.
Now the National Vaccine Injury Compensation program handles claims of injuries from vaccines. They require no medical proof of a vaccine causing an injury to pay out. You just have to make a plausible claim. And with that low bar, they pay out about 1 claim per 1 million vaccinations.
Stop with the fearmongering over vaccines. They’re safe. The COVID-19 vaccine candidates are all going through phase 1, 2, and 3 human clinical trials before release. They’re being tested on tens of thousands of volunteers over the course of several months.
Spreading misinformation and fear is the media’s job. Don’t help them do it. President Trump will end the COVID-19 mess with a safe and effective vaccine. You may choose not to take it for whatever reason you like, but trying to convince others not to take it with misinformation and fearmongering is dishonest and irresponsible.

Vaccines are safe. 1 in 1 million result in even a plausible claim of injury. Nothing is perfect, but vaccines are safe and save millions of lives every single year. I’m sorry if you were injured, but that’s a freak incident that shouldn’t be used as a reason why others shouldn’t get vaccinated. Vaccines save lives. Vaccines save more from disfigurement and lifelong disability. Vaccines are why we don’t have smallpox anymore and why no kids today know anyone or have heard of anyone with polio or whooping cough. Fearmongering causes fewer kids to get vaccinated which results in more deaths and disabilities due to preventable diseases. It’s immoral.
