Conservative youtuber Millie Weaver arrested and separated from her kids. The stated reason was that a grand jury indicted her for burglary. There was no advance warning.
Some thing is VERY amiss here... the attack on Conservatives escalates.

All kidding aside, people many times leave out enough geographic context to determine where the story transpired. The first post I saw today with that problem reported a Democrat Mayor from Hobart who was changing parties to the Republicans. The original poster made no mention of where Hobart was located. [Indiana]

From the information presented at Infowars, there was absolutely no cause for the arrest. The police just made it all up, got an indictment and then without as much of a courtesy call arrested her.

People should be demanding evidence or release. At this point it should be obvious that this is political. The enemy is playing for keeps, they feel they are close to the end game.
Technically, they don’t have to tell you anything until they press charges. and I believe that can take over a day. i.e. you can sit in the can for quite a while not even really knowing why you are there.
But apparently they made a second visit and arrested the husband as well.
Burglary, as I understand it, must necessarily include the act of physically breaking and entering plus theft. I don’t think you can be charged with burglary for downloading documents. I’m guessing the husband’s statement that it was burglary was not accurate.
