My BP is "high" when it reaches 60/100 and I focus on protein as I'm allergic to most fresh fruits and veggies.
My echo and scan came back perfectly boring.

When you blood pressure is already 140+/94+, this seems to not help much.
I dont have high blood pressure, but I know those who do.
