Donald Trump’s October surprise: Aliens?
Hot Air ^ | Jazz Shaw

Posted on 08/03/2020 3:18:02 PM PDT by RoosterRedux

While some recent movement in the polls shows the presidential race tightening in the battleground states, there’s no denying that President Trump is far from assured a second term at this point and he has plenty of work in front of him between now and November. And if the pandemic keeps the economy in the dumps across much of the nation and the employment numbers don’t start bouncing back, that could be a tough job indeed. But does the President have a Trump card [...] up his sleeve in that event?

Over at Medium, Bryce Zabel raises this interesting question. What might Donald Trump do if it looks like he’s actually going to lose to Joe Biden? Bryce suggests in all seriousness that Trump just might “play the wildest card in all of human history.” And what card is that? He could tip over the entire applecart by emptying the bag and telling America everything that’s known about UFO study programs and, just possibly, the presence of extraterrestrial life on Earth, either now or in the past.

We all know that Donald Trump is just crazy enough to do it.

And by “do it,” we mean throw the entire UFO issue into the upcoming presidential election at the last minute in a wild attempt to deflect, distract and scare enough people to win the election.

That’s right. Unidentified flying objects dumped smack into the middle of a presidential election by a sitting president who actually loves the idea of how disruptive it could be.

*snip*

Even Bryce admits this is a long shot, but it’s not off the table. He notes, as we have discussed recently, that UFOs have become a legitimate subject for news coverage and there’s been a lot of it recently.

I can still vote. I have a Colorado flying saucer drivers license.

You mean an off-world vehicle driver’s license?

Is has generally received good feedback

I have also sent the following proposal to the White House comment line as well as Rush, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity, Chanel Rion (OANN), Bill O'Reilly, Graham Ledger (OANN), Greg Gutfeld, Charlie Kirk (Turning Point USA), Jenna Ellis through the Falkirk Center, to Jay Sekulow, and Jesse Waters.

Strategy: How Trump may preserve and protect the Federal Election process in 2020 and beyond

October surprise:

President Trump issues an E.O. requiring Voter ID for Federal Elections. There's the instant end to all the Mail-in ballot non-sense.

Next, post at least one armed, National Guard member in full gear at every polling place in the US and have an ICE Agent on call. Protection of all voters is therefore assured. (e.g., No more Blank Panthers with clubs at Philadelphia polling places)

Issuing such an E.O. like this would cause Dems to judge shop and impose an injunction, but President Trump would ram it straight up the United States Supreme Court (USSC) on an emergency hearing, due to the shortness of time before the election.

It might actually be law right now (I am not a lawyer), but have President Trump declare that all polling places involved in Federal elections are surrogate Federal facilities, for the time of polling, because they are handling Federal documentation for a Federal election, where Federal Electors are selected per Amendment XII

An official government issued ID will be required to enter the surrogate Federal facility for the time that ballots remain at the polling location. This is literally Voter ID. After the polls close, the ballots are remanded to Federal custody, and ferried to a Federally secured location accompanied by the National Guard member(s) already stationed at the polling place.

Since the USSC building and Federal polling places are each deemed to be Federal facilities under the protection and control of routine Federal facility access practices, there would be a seamless solution to which USSC could not object either conceptually and legally.

The USSC would have to acknowledge that entry to the USSC requires a Federal ID as does entrance to every other Federal Building.

Federal Property Law and Legal Definition:

“20 USCS § 107e defines “federal property” as any building, land, or other real property owned, leased, or occupied by any department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States (including the Department of Defense and the United States Postal Service), or any other instrumentality wholly owned by the United States, or by any department or agency of the District of Columbia or any territory or possession of the United States.”

Theory: Could polling places used in Federal Elections be considered to be “occupied” by “department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States,” such as the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, for instance?

The Civil Rights Division of DOJ is vested with assuring that the voting rights of citizens are upheld, and it is the division to which voting right civil rights complaints may be filed. In essence the DOJ would supervise a Federal election as it deputizes the polling place for temporarily housing a division of local Civil Rights Division units of the DOJ.

Some have expressed fear that one is “Federalizing” an election by intervening in "States rights". This is not what is being proposed.

Article 1, Section 4. "The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof; …” States choose times, places, and manner, but if deemed by the Administrative authority of the Executive Branch to be incompetent of administering a safe and fair election space and process, the Supremacy clause may be called upon to rectify the situation.

In order to oppose my Strategy of turning polling places into temporary DOJ satellite Depts of Civil Rights for federal building controlled entrance (i.e., voter ID) purposes, the House would have to pass a law saying the Dept of DOJ may not under any circumstance relating to protecting the integrity of elections take occupancy of a polling place. The Senate would have to pass it and President would have to sign it. Not happening in an October surprise.

Again, one is not “Federalizing” an election at all. One is preserving the federally guaranteed Civil Rights of voters, which the Federal government has an obligation and authority under Voting Rights Act to enforce when states fail to enforce such rights. Consider the host of Voting Rights/Civil Rights cases the USSC has already ruled on particularly in the South where polls in some states had to come under special protection and Federal supervision. There is some precedent already.

A National Emergency could be declared to enforce such a mandate since Trump was investigated endlessly for falsely alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election.

The Dems and the media have already effectively made the case for a National Emergency declaration! To assure no foreign interference in a US election is ever suspected again, make evidence already acquired (e.g., foreign funding of BLM and Antifa by Soros and China) as the part of the basis for declaring a National Emergency on a National Security basis.

It is actually based in the same logic promoted by the Dems, corrupt media, and the Muller Report for 3.5 years – how could anyone oppose declaring a National Emergency for National Security purposes of protection of Americans’ Civil Rights, as well as stationing a National Guard security presence to protect Americans at the voting booth from the threats of violence posed by agents of those funded by foreign sources?

Valid government issued IDs are needed for just about anything. It is not that the US has to issue everyone an ID in October. Anyone who drives a car has one. Anyone with a bank account has one. Anyone receiving a Welfare Check has one. The hurdle for all voters to meet the valid gov't issued ID requirement is not that high.

THIS JUST IN: Trump is taking NV to court for Governor's EO making Mail-in ballots the norm, side-stepping Secy of State and Dept. of Elections -- process reports to the Governor directly. Governor declared a state of emergency to do this.

Well lookee that: State of Emergency declared, Executive order over-rides traditional "administrative" aspect of election, Voting practice policy changed with the scribble of a pen. Hmmmm.

Trump "trumps" this action using Supremacy clause with a Federal EO that not only requires Voter ID, but invalidates Mail-in voting everywhere across the board, again as an electoral Civil Rights enforcement issue -- one has no provenance for Mail-in votes. The civil rights of those casting legitimate ballots is offended with Mail-in ballots which have no provenance.

It’s about time the GOP thought outside the box. We will never win again if we don’t.

FReegards!

”Too many highly trained observors to discount. They are real!”

The Navy recently said straight out that the objects they have encountered are not ours, are not believed to belong to any other country, and are of truly unknown origin. The radar operator on the cruiser that was part of the Nimitz battle group involved in the 2004 “tic tac” incident testified that he saw dozens of the “tic tac” objects instantly descend from 80,000 feet to about 50 feet above the water in less than one second, and without causing a sonic boom. They were tracked on the SPY-1 radar everywhere from space to the surface of the ocean, and the speed varied from a motionless hover to tens of thousands of miles per hour. They also showed up on the F-18s’ FLIR as being cold, with no apparent heat signature, even after transiting the atmosphere at thousands of miles per hour. The creepiest aspect of that event, to me, is when the F-18s thought the objects had disappeared, only to be informed by radar operators that they were actually hovering at their planned rally point (they were in the midst of an exercise). How did these things know where the jets were headed next?

And that’s only one incident. Other military-involved cases include the RAF Bentwaters case in 1980, where multiple U.S. Air Force witnesses over multiple nights saw incredible things, and a small team even walked around one of the objects while it was on the ground and touched it. Then there were the multiple incidents in which UFOs apparently shut down nuclear missiles in Montana and Wyoming, and in at least one episode multiple missiles inexplicably had their launch sequences initiated while these objects were hovering overhead.

While most UFO reports are just misidentified natural or man-made phenomena, there has always been a small percentage that represent truly unexplainable events. Especially after the recent Pentagon statements, there is now zero doubt that these things are real. The important remaining questions, though, is what are they and where do they come from? My theory is that they are not alien vehicles, but rather some type of spiritual/inter-dimensional phenomenon. I think they’re part of an overarching attempt to deceive we humans, possibly about our own origins. In fact, they seem to be connected to other paranormal phenomena like ghosts and Bigfoot. Just look at the Skinwalker Ranch events, where one location has manifested every type of phenomena imaginable. This linkage implies a common source for all of them.

If this is correct, they may play a key role in the great deception prophesied in the Bible. Who knows?, but I think the question of whether they are real, at least, has been answered now.

You joke, but a few years ago some Prophecy writer actually suggested the best way to get back at the deep state would be to disclose thousands of documents/videos related to UFO’s going all the way back to before WWII.
