Fasting works for some, not for others. I tried fasting and couldn’t handle it. I also ate way too much after the fast.

I’ve been on keto for over 3 years. The first year was easy. Then my weight loss stalled, and now I’m struggling with hunger and starting to regain. I don’t know what the solution is.

Well, they speak of different types of fasting, such as "One Meal A Day (OMAD)" for one example, and "18/6" (a six-hour eating window, 18-hour fasting period, each day - a breakfast skipping program) for another, some of which are easier to follow than others.

(The object is to get your body's insulin under control.)

There is also a sort of a "keto-plus" plan, called the "carnivore diet", where they only eat fatty meat (like ribeye steaks), but they eat sufficient amounts that they don't seem to get overly hungry from doing that.

I don't know if any of those would be helpful for you, but you might want to look into them.

Either cut your total calories 5%, or add exercise. Walking is generally safest (look out for cars and Antifa rioters!) and most sustainable.

Or get a qualified experienced trainer to walk you through about a dozen different weightlifting exercises with good form and start lifting 3x / week.
