You haven't kept up. TikTok is owned or heavily-influenced by the Chinese. It is, indeed, spyware.... spyware that our enemy, China, harvests information from. National security insists we ban it.

There are other platforms for conservative speech: Gab, MeWe, and Free Republic.

I will say this....

I’m less concerned about TikTok than I am Facebook, Twitter and Google. Along with all the other Social media apps that have already cause serious permanent damage to Trump and to America.

Ban TikTok? Sure. Right after you ban Facebook, Twitter et al.

I am less concerned about a possible Chinese invasion of privacy than the very real and obvious threat that political and media regimes have on us through social media.
