Yum! I almost took out salmon for dinner. Had some cod that was older so opted for that. Maybe I’ll try baking it how you said.

I melt the butter in an oven proof dish in the Microwave. Then coat both sides of the Salmon with it. If it is salted butter you would only need a dash of salt on the Salmon then the lemon/pepper. Bake at about 350 for 25-30 min if thawed.

Now if I am doing Talapia I do the same thing only I also sprinkle parmesan cheese and some Dill weed on the top of the Talipia. You could also sprinkle a little Dill weed on the Salmon if you want.
