I melt the butter in an oven proof dish in the Microwave. Then coat both sides of the Salmon with it. If it is salted butter you would only need a dash of salt on the Salmon then the lemon/pepper. Bake at about 350 for 25-30 min if thawed.

Now if I am doing Talapia I do the same thing only I also sprinkle parmesan cheese and some Dill weed on the top of the Talipia. You could also sprinkle a little Dill weed on the Salmon if you want.

Deep fry the whole talapia & serve with mango salsa.

thanks for the salmon recipe idea spunky. I never ate salmon even decades ago when I did flesh. Jenny loves salmon and Id like to do some interesting things for her

Parmesan cheese and dill weed would have been good. I just used some extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Salt and pepper of course.
