EXCERPT:
A Change.org petition organized online by a group opposed to racial preferences in California is satirically demanding that professional sports teams in the state allocate 15 percent of their roster spots to Asians.
The petition, which says that would make Asian representation on the teams proportional to Californias Asian population, as of Monday has collected more than 4,300 signatures.
The petition was organized by Jason Xu (no relation to the author), a member of the No on 16 campaign, which was started to oppose California Proposition 16, a ballot measure that would repeal Proposition 209, Californias nondiscrimination ordinance passed in 1996.
Proposition 209 added the following language to the states constitution:
"The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin."
Proposition 16 would legalize racial preferences for what its backers call underrepresented minorities (that is, blacks and Hispanics) in college admissions, government hiring, and public contracting, which is currently banned under Proposition 209.
The petition was spawned by a recent San Francisco Chronicle article that stated that the Bay Areas seven professional sports teams have all lined up to endorse Proposition 16. The NFLs San Francisco 49ers and the NBAs Golden State Warriors are among those teams.
Our only concern is crooked ballots the dems keep pushing!

Makes me wish Cali would make a decision regarding exactly which race (or whatever) they're going to go to for the funds to support all of this Faculty Lounge BS.
With the number of CA plates I'm seeing this far East in Montana, they've gotta be losing population as fast as NY.
Ha! Oh dj....I hope there’s not much damage! I guess it doesn’t hurt to wash the bathroom floor an extra time lol.
Oh No! Did you get it dried up?
I hope it’s the same consultants who got him 3 delegates for $100,000,000. They were great! The only thing turning blue and flipping in November will be Biden.

Kimberly Klacik is really working hard to help the people of Baltimore. She is running for Congress as a Republican, & if she wins she will be an inspiration to all. She is strong on inner city rebuilding, healthcare, our Military & Vets. She has my Complete & Total Endorsement!
If Trump endorsed her, I hope that means her polls are looking good.
The President claims people in the dark shadows who control the streets are really controlling Biden. He goes on to talk about a plane full of people wearing black uniforms but then says he cant reveal anymore because its under investigation pic.twitter.com/AAk5GX0eWu— Acyn Torabi (@Acyn) September 1, 2020
She and her team are going door to door asking for peoples vote. Working her heart out. Sure hope she wins.
A federal intelligence alert has gone out to Chicago-area law enforcement warning that nearly three dozen street gangs "have formed a pact to 'shoot on-site any cop that has a weapon drawn on any subject in public. https://t.co/H3sefu4NgT— Nick Short (@PoliticalShort) September 1, 2020
