That made Me remember one time in Texas I was at DPS (Department of Public Safety) to renew My DL as the line moves forward I pass a support Post. On the side I can now see is an 8.5 x 11 paper sigh that says:

If You can't Read,
We give verbal tests on
Tuesday & Thursday afternoon.
