A body modification enthusiast known as 'Dragon Girl' has unveiled the latest radical addition to her look. NSW Central Coast woman Amber Luke has spent $120,000 on nearly 600 tattoos and extreme body modifications including a tongue split, breast augmentation, cheek and lip fillers, pointed implants placed in her ears and a Brazilian butt lift. The 25-year-old took to Instagram on Friday to reveal her latest modification, wearing blue diamond earrings that stretch her earlobes out to a whopping 32 millimetres.

There will be people that invent body mods to actually enhance some functions, or give them mobility that they didn’t have before, such as those born without limbs or paralyzed.

Absolutely true - and to enhance normal functions, like endurance and strength. I'm fine with all of that - like I said, people must have the right to do whatever they please to themselves, as long as no one else is expected to pay for it.

Which one you prefer works for me. She turned herself from a pretty young woman into a monster from a movie. Her lame excuse is she looked "bland". Actually, even with no talent but the right makeup artist and wardrobe, she could have had a part in some youth Sit-com. Or, could have married any of a hundred suitors and been happy with a family life.

Why someone didn't do an intervention is beyond me. I understand breast implants, face surgery as women age, and a couple tasteful tattoos, but she turned herself into a alien creature. Yes, she will regret it and probably go out early by suicide or drugs.
