What they AREN’T ‘telling’ us is that the # of tests has dramatically risen, some good, some bad, some have already been altered but, like they say ‘You can’t put the fizz back in the bottle’.

Cancel ‘em all as far as I’m concerned...nfl too for that matter. At the end of the day pro (and ameture) sports are nothing more than entertainment. I’ll spend my time and hard earned money entertaining myself in some other way.

It should be categorized as “postponed” so there’s a chance it could be made up later in the season or, if the Marlins can’t/won’t, it should be changed to a forfeit so the Orioles get a rare victory.
Also, every team was allowed a 60-man roster from which they could select 30 for active duty. Therefore, these infected players ought to be placed on the specially-designated list for COVID infectees and replaced by players still on the 60-man roster.
I fully expect that if the season gets to the end, there will be some teams that resemble AAA or even AA teams but the games should go on, maybe with a few delays, postponements and forfeits. Baseball did this during WWI and WW2. You played with the healthy players you had.
