I’ve been in decent shape the past two decades after being extremely fit when younger. Since this started, I’ve been taking fitness as seriously as if it was a matter of life or death. I am down to my weight at age 25, and I can run/lift almost as well as back then. Throw in a huge amount of firearms training (I’ve fired 200-plus rounds per day for years), and I’m ready to follow through on the oath I took so long ago.
I am not in any way advocating for violence, of course, but I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Fantastic and congratulations. I just came back from a 5 mile walk/run. I do that 5x a week, and in between I do steps and pushups. I’ll continue this and have 15 pounds off before the election, putting my at 6’1”, 180-ish. Me too with the range. That’s about the best this 71 y/o can do (and I still believe I can one punch most of the little bums I see in Portland):)
