Most of them can touch their toes, most of us can't. We need to get in the best shape we can, even us oldies! The fight is on.
Oldies aren't going to engage in a fistfight with 20 somethings. The only reason I would have to bend to the ground would be to pick up any rounds I may have dropped loading a mag.
I’ve been in decent shape the past two decades after being extremely fit when younger. Since this started, I’ve been taking fitness as seriously as if it was a matter of life or death. I am down to my weight at age 25, and I can run/lift almost as well as back then. Throw in a huge amount of firearms training (I’ve fired 200-plus rounds per day for years), and I’m ready to follow through on the oath I took so long ago.
I am not in any way advocating for violence, of course, but I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
